Always make sure before lighting your candle that you will not be leaving the premises!
Before burning, ensure the wick on your Adagio candle is trimmed to 1/4” by using a wick trimmer or scissors.
Ensure that there is no debris (wick trimmings, etc. on the top of the wax before lighting as they can be a fire hazard and affect the aroma of your candle.
Keeping the wick trimmed will reduce the likelihood of “tunneling”, or a hole burned down the center of the wax of a candle.
Always burn your Adagio candles on a fire-resistant and heat-resistant surface in the event any debris ends up outside of the candle.
When Burning

Extinguish a candle that has a flame that is over 1” tall, or seems to be too tall for the candle.
At The End
Be careful when putting out your candle! Use a snuffer if available. - DO NOT USE WATER! It could break the glass or splatter the wax.
Do not move a candle until it has cooled completely.
Ideal storing conditions for your Adagio candles are between 68-82 degrees Fahrenheit.
